Treat yourself to gentle Hatha yoga with a twist in Rødvig Ferieby. The instructor is Eva Andersen, and this gentle form of yoga is aimed at both men and women – experienced and inexperienced. There is yoga every Tuesday throughout the summer from 9.00 – 10.15.
Registration is not necessary; show up at reception. Bring a yoga mat, warm blanket/socks, and drink. Dress according to the weather.
