Booking
Below you can choose to book your holiday with us or pay online. When using our online booking, you decide the length of your stay.
It can be anything from 1 day to 3 weeks. You choose the day of the week you want to arrive. If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website, give us a call – we’ll find a solution. Try an alternative start or end date.
Payment
Pay for your booking online. Press the Online Payment button and enter your customer and booking number.
You will then be able to check your booking and pay online.
Terms of payment
RATE 1: 25% of the rent is payable 14 days after receipt of the invoice/rental certificate.
RATE 2: The balance is payable six weeks before the start of the rental period. For rentals later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full amount is due for immediate payment upon receipt of the invoice/rental receipt.
All prices are excl. electricity consumption
A DKK 65.00 handling fee is charged at the time of booking.
Please note – if payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
Persons and pets
The holiday home may be occupied by a maximum of the number of persons indicated (six persons in small houses, eight persons in large houses ).
Pets may only be brought into the holiday home if stated in the house description.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the total package price will be refunded. However, a DKK 200.00 administration fee per house will be deducted.
For cancellations between 30 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be refunded.
No refund will be given if canceled less than eight days before arrival.
Cancellation Insurance (Security in case of illness): we recommend you take out cancellation insurance. It costs DKK 300 and covers cancellations (illness) up to 1 day before arrival. Your paument will be returned in case of cancellation up to 1 day before the arrival date (before noon). Reimbursement will be made on submission of supporting documentation in the form of a medical certificate.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out on departure at 10 am at the latest.
Keys are handed out at the reception in the holiday village. Outside opening hours from the key box at reception.
On departure, the key must be handed in at reception, and the electricity bill must be paid. If you rent a cot, bed linen, or other items, these must also be returned and paid for at reception on the day of departure.
Cleaning
Cleaning is mandatory.
House 30 m2: 1 night 200,00 / 2 nights 300,00 / 3-14 nights 300,00 + 30,00 per day.
House 50 m2: 1 night 250,00 / 2 nights 400,00 / 3-14 nights 400,00 + 30,00 per day.

This label is awarded to companies in the tourism sector that go the extra mile to protect the environment. We aim to have the certification in place by 2023.

Rødvig Ferieby processes only a few data in connection with stays, events, etc. This applies to name, address, telephone number, stay activities, and email.
Data are stored with a data processor with whom a data processing agreement has been concluded.
All data is deleted or anonymized after five years from the last activity.
